Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 is charged on all orders nationwide.

Delivery Timeline

  • Karachi: 4–5 working days
  • Other Cities: 4-6 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, sale periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number (where applicable) via email, allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Information

To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Hers & Co. cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or notice any missing items, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
